Are the driveshafts made of titanium and is that it's natural colour ?

They are titanium but it's natural colour is silver. What we see is a thin coat of an alloy (possibly titanium nitride) which is used to protect against cracks.

Great pics of the front wing! The one from behind is a rare view. I'd like to see that shot of every car on the grid.

This is from this week Autosport that was out today. I hope Autosport does not mind the copyright issue.

So maybe, with the banning of the EBD's, the difference maker this year is Williams' low line gearbox? winking smiley It got some stick last year, but who knows, maybe some other teams might start copying it to keep up? (Sm6)

the EBD is the main difference this year.

2011 Qualy Spain 1 Webber with 1.20.952 this year 1.22.977
Hamilton 2011 2nd with 1.21.18 this year 1.21.707 Pole
Maldonado 2011 9th with 1.22.952 this year 2nd with 1.22.285

Red Bull Racing is the most hurt team with the EBD ban. The EBD ban difference in Spain for RBR was almost 2 sec.

If you take out lewis time the first 14 spots are separated by a 1 sec.

I think that FIA should have been very specific in where the current exhaust exit should be to avoid the expense of the teams playing with it to gain downforce. The exhaust exit should be away of the rear tire and suspension to avoid over heating.

Why can't I see pics in full in my browser (Chrome)? Is this something to do with Chrome or something else?

That looks cool. Hopefully those new winglets mean the new exhausts we saw at the Mugello test will be finally raced.
