I'm so happy for Nico to score his first pole. I think he deserves to score some poles and wins in his F1 career. But I don't think he will win tomorrow, unfortunately. But who knows, I would say the same last year but Merc were able to show race pace in Shanghai. Probably better than anywhere else in 2011. And Nico saved some tyres today, nobody did less laps than him in the whole qualifying, even considering those drivers, who were knocked-out in Q2!

I'm also pretty much sure that we can score a lot of points tomorrow if we are able to keep racing without major mistakes.

The most interesting starting grid for the long time. From first row two Mercedes cars: the quick guy who had never won the race and the old master who had never been that high since he returned in 2010. Both in cars which struggle in race pace. Behind them the unpredictable Japaneese who had never been so high either in quali or race. He is from the small team but with the car with very good race pace this year. Then Kimi, Jenson, Mark and quick and agressive Lewis from 7th. And Vettel from 11th who can gain some places as I think he will run different strategy than others. Can't wait for tomorrow!

A fascinating grid for tomorrow's race, on the whole. Really looking forward to it.

Williams' positions are a little bit disappointing, but like the team say, our race pace should be good. In both Australia and Malaysia we've had to fight through the pack (for various reasons) and ended up in strong positions. A good solid race and a little luck should see us in the points.

Actually I don't. Unfortunately, I have no confidence in our drivers yet and the fact that they are starting side by side fills me with dread.

What happens in the race depends entirely on what happens in the first two laps.

If you don't have faith in Pasta now then you never will have. I don't either. Mistake after mistake after mistake. He got off lucky today. I think Senna could be the real thing though. Time will tell.

This is funny that Susie is in the pictures only in overall, while our racing drivers are usually in jackets. grinning smiley

You never really appreciate just how HUGE those front wings are until you see them like this, in comparison with the human body lol
