Loving those '08 vibes, a sensual mesh of the best bits now and a decade ago.

Hearing that shark fins are returning for 2017 reminds me of how @#$%& off I am that F-ducts are banned.

They were probably the most interesting and clever bit of innovation in F1 car design since the Brabham BT46B. Ground effect cars, double-decker diffusers, fancy electronics, EBD's all pale in comparison (even though they may have brought more performance, they are not nearly as interesting or clever in my opinion).

The car picture that TerraNova19 posted actually looks pretty good except for that crappy sharks fin, the sharks fin spoils it.

Williams should take some pointers from this designer. Keeps to that Williams corporate appeal but has WTF this is a Williams?

The rear wing that low looks like it has been stepped on.

yeah, but Martini can be read from multiple angles ... maybe this Bull dude took inspiration from another team.

Shark fins can look good,,like on the 2010 cars where they stretched right back, but they look half arsed on the '08 cars.

Yeah- not a fan of shark fins. When it comes to bodywork, less is more. The 2008 cars looked like an electromagnet dragged through a scrapyard.

That was a great quote, sums it up. They had the beautiful shape ruined by this and that tacked on. The 2010 cars looked great, with the Le Mans esque fins, longer chassis ('09 cars looked too squashed, even though the Brawn and Toyota made it look good), and more delicate and smooth noses. I loved the 2010 Sauber for the way the tip of the nose stuck out so long (and the lack of sponsors).
