Nicest possible way Forcedown, I don't think you have ever contributed anything to this site other than a max two line put down of the team or a person.
I have tried to start a constructive fun thread and yet again a couple of people treat this site as a playground.

I'm done here, enough@#$%&in my life not to need to come here again.

Andrew hooper sadly we have at least two people which are not being managed so I am not in a very good place mentally myself and don't want the hassle. Good luck all.

Think about me Stuart no matter what I post I have 4 or 5 posters here that always put hate on me...I am hated here by 4 or 5 posters but you don't see me running away.

You are running away and you don't even have any posters putting hate on you...except maybe phatjack but phatjack is okay.

O/T...WTF England won the flick in the second Ashes test and chose to field, What was Joe Root thinking? In test cricket if you win the flick you should ALWAYS bat first...Joe you chose to field? Really?(Sm147)

Ah come on AJ, seriously you are bigger person than that?

I think, what his board needs is to embrace all opinions and topics from Portuguese Football to Bulimia and everything in between.

Running off and crying to Andrew when you don't get your way is childish.

It's not that PJ. It is the fact that I'm fed up seeing good discussions (in all fairness our last one was tough but fun) or threads being hijacked and simply being torpedoed worse than Kvyat could. I'm fed up getting annoyed and biting my tongue or to simply laugh it away.
My time is limited the next couple of weeks due to several causes. And I can't waste any of it simply because some jokers are messing around in ways that annoy me. It would bring me to those "crying to Andrew" days again. And I don't think that's fair to you guys as well.
I do appreciate everyone, and yes even Whitey at times, but the way things are going, I don't think I would be of any good addition to the board anymore at this moment. Queue me up when the season kicks off. I'll be back then.

Hey, we all have our passions (Fc Porto in my case beside Williams). Thats why O/T if nobody cares about it don't say anything in that thread, simple.

There are things that in this F1 winter break people can discuss, or at least divagate about it.

I've seen other interesting O/Ts in the forum if they aren't they will evetualy disapear.

Cheers

Keep the questions coming in this thread. Read over the ot stuff, ignore it, or even respond to it. I have to agree with phatty here... every discussion on here gives me a chuckle...

Man up and get on with ut.

That double points question was a good one!

Marco.
Williams Abu Dhabi 2014, double points, so with second and third Williams scored 56 points.

My question I believe.

Name all the British F1 world drivers F1 champions

66 points, 36 for Massa 2nd, and 30 for Bottas 3rd.

In answer to Stuart L’s question

Hamilton: 4: 2008, 2014, 2015, 2017
Stewart: 3: 1969, 1971, 1973
Clark: 2: 1963, 1965
G Hill: 2: 1962, 1968
Hawthorn: 1958
Surtees: 1964
Hunt: 1976
Mansell: 1992
D Hill: 1996
Button: 2009

We used to do a quiz like this a few years ago when a lot of the old time posters where still around, sadly looks like this one will be spoilt.

Do we need to wait for confirmation that the answer is correct?

Three teams have won over 100 races: Ferrari, McLaren and Williams.

Can you name the year’s each team got their 100th win?

Tough questions to answer without googling it.

I'd say Williams got to 100 in 1997 or thereabouts?

Ferrari in the 70s maybe... McLaren in the early 90s?

I remember Australia 1993 was McLaren's 103rd victory - they stucked at this number for a few years, so by going backward, I think it was the European GP @ Donington Park 1993 to be their 100th victory.

McLaren tied Ferrari's number of victory at the end of 93, so Ferrari was also at 103 wins in 93, since the red team didn't win anything in 91/92, so it must be 1990 when they scored their 100th. Going backward again, minus Jerez 90, Portugal 90 and Britain 90, that means French 1990 when Ferrari scored their 100th.

Yes, those are the correct years Rosberg

Ferrari: 1990; France, Alain Prost

McLaren: 1993; Brazil, Ayrton Senna - McLaren took 104th win at Australia to break Ferrari’s record

Williams: 1997; Britain, Jacques Villeneuve

Just realised that all three entered a barren patch of three winless years after reaching their 103rd win, McLaren just taking it one win more

Over to you!
