Sunday Monaco Race & Lunch Thread!

It's always a lottery race for some.

Max will be charging through the field - that's bad news for a start. That's unless Grosjean takes him out on the first lap.

Bottas was wondering yesterday whether the hypersofts would hold on for one stop - maybe it's just Merc?

I'm making sweet and sour chicken today and going roast-free.

Yes this will be dangerous, imagine mental Max charging through the field from the back of the grid in Monaco, he will either crash or he will finish around 7th or 8th.

No doubt he will whine about there been slower cars in front of him.

As for Williams points is a possibility today. Can Stroll pull off one of his good starts.

Danny ric is in fortunate position his car with supreme downforce and mechanical grip will be very kind to the tyres so he can just slowly potter about and wait for a safety car. He has 4 tenths in hand race pace wise over the rest of the field according to sky. Driving 4 tenths slower will stretch the life of those tyres and he will still be the fastest car in the grid.

Unless he crashes or breaks down he's got this. Kinda anticipate a crash between Ferrari and Mercedes.

Breakfast of champions for me (cold pizza and beer). BBQ steak if Seb wins or just more beer otherwise.

Has anyone ever ended up in the water at Monaco? Just saw some shots of the older cars and it looks like it once could have been easy to end up in the sea.

Williams got sirotkin a penalty before he even turned a wheel. There's our weekend out the window.

Sucks to be a Williams fan nowadays. Sirotkin didn't deserve this. He needed a flawless weekend but the team let him down today. Pity

Again under investigation. Team is a joke.

No I don't think it's justified to give a penalty for cooling the car. Any team would do that.

they should resign en block!

Just as I said. They would be a joke if they let the car cook itself
