Why don't police make it compulsory for drivers to wear a Formula 1 style full face helmet complete with HANS device while driving their road car.

Seriously how many lives would it save in bad road accidents? What price do you put on your life.

Why haven't countries done this yet.

Can you imagine the carnage that would ensue when you get two boy racers at the lights and they go green.

I know one thing for sure if I was in a big road accident I would rather have a full face helmet on with a HANS device than not having it on, it would give you a much better chance of surviving a big crash.

Not stupid at all hemorrhage, If you were in a huge road accident wouldn't you rather have a helmet and HANS device on?
