Bernard Formally Announced as IRL Boss

As was expected at some point this week, a press conference was held on Tuesday where soon-to-be former Professional Bull Riders association CEO Randy Bernard was formally announced as the next CEO of the Indy Racing League. Bernard will step into his new postion on March 1.
