Arrows staff receive redundancy notices!

An interesting twist to the Arrows tale today. In the wake of news that the team were going to appeal to the FIA to try and overturn their 2003 Championship decision, Arrows staff have now received notice that they are redundant!

So far there is little information on this, aside from the fact that a couple of posts have appeared on this site's message board. The posts indicate that team members have been sent a letter telling them that they are being made redundant from Arrows employ. There is still no indication as to whether they will receive any of the wages owing to them.

This is an unusual move, in that if the appeal is successful then the team will need the staff. This site wonders whether TWR has already received feedback from the FIA, such that they have decided not to continue with the appeal process. On a lighter note, it might simply be a move by Arrows to release it's staff so that they can pursue other, more permanent, employment options.
