Nakajima hopeful of staying with Williams

When questioned regarding his 2009 prospects AT&T Williams driver Kazuki Nakajima said that it was possible he would be staying with the Williams team in 2009.

In the Thursday press conference at the Spa circuit Kazuki said: "I really hope to stay at Williams. That would be my best choice, I think. I don't think there are many other choices. We will have to wait for the team's decision,"

I don't see a better option for the team as well.they should choose over a rookie or a toyota-backed Kazuki and surely Kazuki will perform better next season...anyway, for me there's only one driver with unsecure situation that I like to see him in a Williams car: Bourdais.

There is a future WDC you could put in the car: Nico Hülkenberg.

To be honest he hasn't show anything special yet!...I'd be very happy if anyday they will choose Bruno over Hulk for the test seat.

SB is the best option of those. The hulk and Bruno are not going to drive as well as Naka will next season. Bourdais will be fer better.

I was impressed with SB earlier in the season, but he seems to have tailed off. STR are not totally convinced with him. Kazuki has done a sold job this season in a difficult car. He has had one or two 'rookie incidents' which is a shame for the other driver, but my view is that he has a steady F1 career ahead of him at least.

Williams and proud of it.

Bourdais hasn't had much of a chance to shine . . . old car to begin with, lots of back pack crunch starts.

I think the whole Naka deal was arranged by Toyota and that's got a year to run, so I'm sure it's academic. Glock will stay at Toyota.

If Kaz is not available, QuickNick would be my choice.

If Nick is available, I still prefer him over Kaz.Nick had one bad season so far but a string of very good ones before 08, so there's no reason to think he won't find his form again...anyway, I don't think BMW will let him away as long as there's no better option available for them atm.

I'm sure Nick will only be on the market if Alonso goes to BMW. If that happens, I think STR will take him. Berger has said that he is waiting for Alonso fallout before making any decisions.
