The Williams
Martini team has announced that Robert Kubica and Oliver Rowland will
complete the up-coming Formula 1 test in Spain. This will occur for two days
on the Tuesday and Wednesday after the Spanish Grand Prix, held at the Circuit de
Barcelona-Catalunya.
This test will see Rowland get behind of the FW41 for the first time. He had
previously been in a Formula One car when he ran in Renault’s
2012-spec E20. Oliver will run on the Tuesday. Oliver joined the Williams
team as its Young Driver for 2018 and will compete for
Manor in the World Endurance Championship this season.
Kubica is the teams reserve driver for 2018 and is
set to run in the opening practice session at next weekend’s Spanish
Grand Prix. |
