Button to go first after initial teething problems
By Karl King
February 8 2010
Jenson Button will take the helm of the MP4-25 for the first two days of the Jerez test, which kicks off on Wednesday, he confirmed via Twitter today. The Brit will no doubt be pleased to jump back into the car to gain some valuable information after his one day's testing in Valencia last week was blighted by seating issues.

Jenson and the team worked into the early hours over the night before to try and get the seat in a good position but continued to have issues into the morning.

Button was able to complete 82 laps after this - 26 less than team mate Lewis Hamilton on the preceeding day. Hamilton's best time was roughly seven tenths faster than Button's - but this is of course unlikely to be at all representative due to different set up work and fuel loads.

Hamilton will then round off the test on Friday and Saturday.
