Mike Conway joins Button in Barcelona

The Honda Racing F1 Team concluded this week’s test at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona today. Jenson Button continued his running in the RA107 and completed the planned test programme to evaluate the new 2008 electronics system. Jenson covered 50 laps in the morning and 46 laps in the afternoon session.

Mike Conway had his opportunity in the car on Thursday as part of the Honda Young Driver Programme which Mike has been a part of since March 2007. After a very cold start to the morning, Mike worked through the planned programme and completed 72 laps of running on a day much interrupted by circuit red lights.
