| What is One Aim ? |
'One Aim' is Toyota's key phrase to summarise their approach to the sport of Formula One. If you watch the companies promotional F1 material, it uses phrases like 'The challenge... to bring a dream to life', and 'Passion Toyota'. It embellishes Toyota's commitment to Formula 1 and summarises the way in which the team intend to succeed where others have failed.
| Mission statement |

Taken from the official Toyota F1 website:
"Toyota has always relished challenge, and our entry into Formula 1 is no exception: we're building the entire car ourselves. The engine, chassis, gearbox, suspension, brakes are all designed and built in-house by Panasonic Toyota Racing. Why? Part of it is Toyota's 'can-do' philosophy.
The other part is that it's simply more interesting and exciting to start with a clean sheet of paper.
By questioning the way things are done, we can come up with new and better solutions that others have missed. And that's also part of Toyota's passion to make things better."
