According to [i]Reuters[/i], Malaysia's state-owned oil company, Petronas, which has sponsored Sauber since 1999, is considering continuing its partnership with the Swiss team, which will become the BMW works outfit in 2006.

According to [i]Reuters[/i], Malaysia's state-owned oil company, Petronas, which has sponsored Sauber since 1999, is considering continuing its partnership with the Swiss team, which will become the BMW works outfit in 2006.
"We are in discussions with BMW," said the oil company's president and chief executive Hassan Marican. "We'll announce when the time is right. It's still very early days."
