Connacht Rugby has invited Rugby supporters to participate in a fund-raising evening , which takes place on the evening of the visit of Harlequins RFC for our pre-season friendly. Connacht Rugby is holding the fundraiser immediately after the Connacht V Harlequins match on Saturday the 16th August 2008.

The match kicks off at 6:30pm and all patrons are invited to stay for dog racing afterwards where all proceeds will go towards Connacht Rugby's Stadium Development plan which includes the new state of the art gymnasium currently being completed as well as an all weather pitch and proposed covering of the terrace in the Sportsground.

Tickets are priced €20 and include; entry to the stadium, race card, and your Buster Race Ticket. All tickets are automatically entered into the draw to win €1500 or one of five lucky dips prizes of €100 each. You never know you might have more luck with the dogs than the horses this year!

All match tickets for the Harlequins match at 6.30pm will allow you complimentary access in to the dogs afterwards.

Why not gather a group of friends, family or work colleagues and support this event for a great night of fun frolics, rugby and dog racing with the opportunity to mingle with members of the Connacht and Harlequins rugby teams.

If you would like more information or would like to purchase tickets for the event do not hesitate to contact:
