Bad news ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix...

Our very own Sebastian Vettel may be over the moon with the performance of the new STR3 but thanks to the new gearbox regulations Seb will take a five place penalty from wherever he qualifies as after finishing the Turkish Grand Prix his gearbox had only completed only 2 races.

Bit ironic that, spends the last 2 races saying he wants a finish then when he does he get hit with a penalty. French Seb gets away without a penalty because he did not finish the Turkish GP.
