10:00am - Adrian leaves the pits, 10th in the initial queue. Giancarlo is the 13th driver to leave the pits.

10:03am - Both Force Indias have pitted.

10:19am - Both Force India drivers are on track.

10:21am - Adrian has done a rather slow lap of 1:27.830, placing him 10th and last of the people who have set a lap. Sector 3 appears to be the sticking point, though he's probably engaged in a little tyre-saving as well.

10:24am - Giancarlo sets a time good enough for 15th while Sutil improves his time, but still slides to 19th due to the improvement of others. 10:25am - Giancarlo spins off track. He is pushed back on by some friendly marsahls, but I don't think that lap will be much use.

10:29am - Adrian sets a 1:23.961, good for 15th and ony 1.574 seconds behind Massa. Giancarlo sets a green sector 1 as he tries to regain his rhythm. 10:30am - Giacarlo sets a 1:23.703, which gets him 15th. He is 0.158 seconds ahead of Adrian, who has just pitted.

10:40am - Giancarlo is back on the track. The delay may have been partly because Heidfeld crashed and brought out yellow flags.

10:41am - Adrian has returned to the circuit.

10:43am - Giancarlo takes 8th place with a 1:22.901.

10:44am - Adrian gets 11th in response.

10:46am - Adrian got 9th place, an impressive 0.855 seconds off Timo Glock's time. Giancarlo becomes 11th, a further nine-hundreths behind.

10:48am - Adrian has pitted. 10:49am - Giancarlo has also pitted. 10:54am - Adrian has started his final stint of practise.

10:56am - Giancarlo has joined the track, along with everyone except Heidfeld (whose car is in no state to leave the garage).

10:57am - Adrian's first lap is not particularly fast, but he sets a green Sector 1 on the next one.

10:58am - Neither Adrian nor Giancarlo are matching their previous times. If they are on soft tyres, I am seriously worried because it means that only one tyre actually works properly on the Force India in these conditions.

11:00am - Giancarlo's final lap is an improvement on previous times despite an indifferent Sector 1. His 1:21.909 nets him 17th. between Vettel and Nakajima. Adrian pitted without completing his last lap and is 19th with a 1:22.232. He is ahead of Heidfeld, who completed only 8 laps. I wouldn't expect a Q2 from this performance, but Force India have made quite a few surprises so far - perhaps they can do the same again.
