As expected, that team will be KV Racing Technology. The new partnership will be offically 'launched' at the next race, the Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, which will be held on Sunday, March 28.
The #5 car, driven by former F1 pilot and current IndyCar rookie Takuma Sato will carry the classic Lotus green & yellow (see picture above). As of the present time, there appears to be no plans to expand the partnership to include a second car, something that was initially proposed. Thus, it looks like Englishman James Rossiter, who had tested with KVRT during the pre-season, will not be landing a ride with KVRT - unless the situation changes in the near future.
Despite carrying the Lotus name, the car remains a Honda-powered Dallara.
