Midland has an option on Tiago

Current rumours doing the rounds suggest that Tiago Monteiro has secured the second drive at Midland for 2006. However a quick email to Midland says that nothing has been confirmed just yet.
Current rumours doing the rounds suggest that Tiago Monteiro has secured the second drive at Midland for 2006. However a quick email to Midland says that nothing has been confirmed just yet.
"We have an option on Tiago and we are in advance negotiation." confirmed Midlands PR department "But nothing has been decided yet as we are also talking to other drivers." they continued. "We are planning to announce our full driver line up next month."
The team are due to become Midland F1 officially on November 15th.
