• Ferrari 1 is for debating, not verbal assaults. No user shall act in a way which is insulting to other members. This includes but is not limited to:
  
  -Racial insults
  -Gender insults
  -Sexual preference insults
  -Insults pertaining to one's mother
  -Insults towards someone's physical appearance
  -Any insult which is not meant in a playful manner
  
• Ferrari 1 may be a Tifosi community, though fans of all teams and drivers are welcome to join in the posting. This does not mean however that Ferrari or other fans can launch attacks on other teams or drivers. Accusations and playful remarks towards another team are certainly permitted, as long as they are not of malicious intent or overly hostile.
  
• Ferrari 1 is a serious site for conversations related to Ferrari and Formula 1 and is not a place for completely superfluous threads. This does not mean that you can not have fun and talk about things not related to Formula 1 or Ferrari, but rather that there is to be nothing which is excessively moronic.

Offenses Whish May Result In User Scolding:

• Ferrari 1 supports the use of pictures and drawings to illustrate points and to poke fun at drivers, teams and team personnel. We do not however accept the willful insulting of users by using pictures which are obviously not of them and are used in a hurtful manner.
  
• Ferrari 1 likes to hear about news which has been posted on other websites, though we also want to see your sources. This prevents fabricated stories from being circulated and is also a common courtesy.
  
• Ferrari 1 does not like advertising from other formula 1 news, betting, gaming and shopping websites. This also includes advertisements from other non-Formula 1 related websites and/or products.

Consequences Of Rules Violations:

• Breaking the final three rules depicted herein, will likely result in a scolding by Ferrari 1 administrative staff, and possible deletion of the thread.
  
• Breaking of the fist three rules depicted herein, result in a verbal warning from Ferrari 1 administrative staff. If a user continues to break these rules, they will be given a maximum of three verbal warnings (including the first). Upon the final strike a thread will be created asking whether or not the user in question should be banned. Each user is permitted to cast one vote, either for or against the banning on this member. A percentile of for greater than 50 for either category will result either in the banning of this member or a pardon.
  
• The "three strikes" rule will once again start over for any member which has avoided being banned. The user in question, will however be kept under tighter supervision.

We at Ferrari 1 want to ensure an active and informative community prospers within the Ferrari 1 Message Board and for that reasons this rules will indeed be enforced. Ferrari 1 believes these rules are fair to our members and fans of all teams and also that they will not interfere with the spirited debates and fun atmosphere of the Ferrari 1 Message Board. Above all we want to maintain these characteristics of the community and for this reason, each circumstance of rule violations will be dealt with individually by a site administrator. The decisions reached by individual administrators and by the Ferrari 1 team as a whole will be considered final and not up for appeal.
