Marlboro has apparently come up with a ridiculous plan to sponsor Ferrari if their subliminal branding is deemed illegal. Marlboro's parent company Altria would replace the barcode logo with food brands such as Kraft, Oreo and Kool-Aid.

This could arise if governments deem the sublminal Marlboro logos to be still promoting a tobacco compay, which even Marlboro would admit, they are. Unfortunately most of the products produced by Altria do not fit with Ferrari's red and white livery, with the possible exception of Ritz crackers. Certainly the Scuderia Ferrari Kraft Macaroni and Cheese team name is somewhat less than appealing.

It would hopefully be unlikely for Marlboro to be removed from the car, though it is possible and it would look ugly.

Yes, this is a terrible quick photo-manipulaion, though I am sure you get the basic idea.
