French courts have ruled in the case brought against the FIA by the Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro team regarding the budget cap for the 2010 season.
The French courts have ruled against Ferrari's bid to acquire an injunction against the FIA and their decision to introduce a budget cap into Formula One next season.
An appeal is exepected to be launched
