Ferrari Super Enzo Is Real!

Only a short while ago, Ferrari denied that they were creating a "Super Enzo," similar to the one that was seen tearing up the Fiorano track. It now seems that is completely untrue as Ferrari has announced the FXX! A $1.8 million US super car that delivers Formula 1 performance and Ferrari passion.

The Car shares the same chassis as the original Enzo, but other than that, this is a completely different machine. The new car will have a 6.2 liter engine, which puts out about 800 hp at 8 500 rpm. You can't get any closer to a Formula 1 car, without actually buying one. This will make the FXX the fastest production Ferrari ever created!

The car features adjustable aerodynamics, which the owner will change, depending on which circuit they are using their very expensive auto at. In the optimal configuration, the FXX creates 40% more down force than the original Enzo! Again, if you wanted a Formula 1 car with a roof, here it is.

As you all know a Formula 1 car is incredibly difficult to drive and since the FXX is similar to Ferrari's Formula 1 cars, the owner must take a special driving course with a specialized team from Ferrari. These technicians fit the car to the owners body and driving style and monitor their driving of the vehicle at all times, not just at the test. Ferrari hopes to benefit from input from the owners of the FXX as the privileged few will likely take their new toy to every race track in Europe.

If you are thinking of buying one... well you can't. Ferrari selects who will buy these. They only choose their most respected and dedicated, not to mention wealthiest clients to purchase one. Ferrari expects to release the 20 cars by the end of this year.
