Yes...no changes to the car were allowed, in Robert's own words so this can mean the car was basically setup with what Stroll has been running.
There was no special steering wheel for Kubica too.
These all can play out in his favor but on same time you can tell the same about Sirotkin.
Well, we should wait.

Pretty sure there was an interview from paddy Lowe saying the special steering wheel thing was bollocks. He does have a special headrest though that allows him to turn easier

Not sure if that will work. It should be kubica and stroll cockpit comparison. 100% sure also that kubica steering wheel stuff was all just fake news, as was his driving with one hand

And I'm pretty sure he is said to prefer both shift paddles on one side of steering wheel these days.
Anyway, reading through Paddy Lowe interview, he says there's a a pool of drivers to choose race driverS from.I hope he means something though the chances look to be 1 in million to ditch Stroll.

So Kubica is faster 0.1s in comparison to Stroll on hypersoft, and expectation was that Kubica has to be at least 1-1.5 s faster than Stroll am i wrong?

I think he is expected to be quicker in time. For a guy who hasn't driven F1 in years it's fairly cool. As was Di Resta in Hungary, who was only a couple of tenths slower than Stroll.
