Blah blah blah...

Contracts are there to be broken.if a guy is so good you guys claim, he should be on the grid in Oz, no in garage.

I don't need any evidence...clear evidence is there, he's a reserve driver.

Blah blah to you too... just because you post more because some have to work for a living doesn't make you wright.. a lie repeated many times becomes the truth to those who think they are smarter then others.
Williams is the team I support but that doesn't make me blind.
I'm sure Williams will dissapoint again and that's not just car or drivers, that's management! Because they chose the route the team is taking, and it's a bad one and everybody with two fingers of forehead know that.

You seem to have already forgot testing and how good it went for Williams and expecialy the two star drivers we have.
If this was the Abu Dhabi test Williams would have sign who?
Easy, Sirotkin! Why? Money! and once again everyone knows that.
You say the money makes more sense for the team then the driver?
Why?
To make a better car? Sure.
But why do you want a better car if the drivers who brought the money don't understand the car and can't help the team to unlock the car potencial so the team have to relie more on the driver that got benched.

It isn't worth trying to explain what is in front of everyone's eyes!
My predition on drivers and car wil soon be on point 7th to worst on WCC while teams like FI, Mclaren or Torro Rosso even with a worst car then ours this year then us will beat us often.

20 seats on the grid, Kubica is not in any of them.he's a reserve driver.period.

Instead of making theories, questioning all over the grid, give credit to Kubica for the long road he has come and wish he makes more recovery in next 10 months so he can make the last step and be on the grid in 2019.

As I support Robert, I will always support his team honestly, and I do, I trust Paddy and predict FW41 as a serious middle-field contender, at least from middle of the season.
My wondering is whether Williams maxes the benefits of having Robert with them. As I'm sure that he is helping a lot to develop the car and will continue through the season. And it was him to help Mercedes to solve their early tire problems (working in sim).

The fact is that if KUB was half a second faster, lap after lap than SIR then he would have got the drive.

Sirotkin is an intelligent young man. He can drive a car fast. He can race well. There is nothing at all to say he couldn't become the equal or better of KUB in an F1 car. Then he brings money.

Yes there will maybe be some rookie mistakes.

On the flip side, are we really sure that KUB can compete in 20 plus grand prix with only one arm properly working?

Anyway, I don't see what AJ has done wrong other than stating the truth. Some of us watch the lower classes with interest.

I think Lance has 7 races. It took 7 last year for him to score points. If he has points on the board before then he’s kind of progressing. If not, give KUB some race time and settle this once and for all.

I will keep on saying it, Sirotkin is better than many of you think.
Stroll is talented but he needs to bow his head and be open for criticism to be able to develop as a driver. He can do it, he has shown this in F3 and he could do it again.
And Kubica, well I can imagine people wanting him in the car. But I think he is past his prime and that there is a legit reason that nor Renault not Williams offer him a seat. And I guess that is hard to accept for people who think he could still do better than 95% of the grid. Which in literal figures would mean that he would be the second best driver on the grid. And with naming Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso, Verstappen and Ocon I will stop naming drivers who are definitely better than Kubica. So I call 95% simply b*llsh*t..

What is this even based on. It's a professional racing team not cub scouts. It's not "let's all have a turn." We have our racing drivers, there is no way in hell Lance and Laurence would settle with any form of agreement like this. We don't have rotating contracts like Red Bull, nor do we have the talent to move around.

In 14 races if Kubica does a @#$%& job too maybe I should call Williams for the next 7.

Kubica on the sidelines ready to take the helm is a good thing, Sirotkin and Stroll would surely be keeping that in mind as they try to live up to expectations.

Personally I think Kubica is an upgrade from that Sky Sports commentator, quasi F1 driver who was called to fill in for an unwell Massa.

Likewise that Sky Sports Commentator, quasi F1 driver was an upgrade from not having anyone take the helm for that Finnish Williams injured driver, who's name escapes me at the moment.

Actually we only couldn't have someone fill Bottas seat because he qualified. Any other team would have been in the situation. I'm pretty sure we had Di Resta then too. If he hadn't qualified someone else could have done it.

I agree with AJ. I think and hope that SIR will impress this year. May take a few races to get in the groove but he is a bloody good driver. Definitely deserves a seat in F1 I would say.

Based on pure fantasy I’m afraid MikeF1. I’m quite looking forwards to this season. Hoping for big things from Williams and the FW41.
All I meant was if after a certain amount of time if there was a driver on the books who could potentially be doing a better job then why not try? I say this as an F1 fan and life long Williams supporter, not even really a massive fan of Kubica, I think his time has gone and only the people behind the wall with the data really know.
Here’s hoping for pole, fastest lap and top 2 steps on the podium.
Cheers

I do have to agree upon that one. Having a good third driver is essential to having a solid driver line up. Kubica is a good driver. No one here will deny this. But he is our third driver, so it would be time to start accepting this and start believing in and start rooting for our driver pairing.
