Paddy looks like he has the weight of the world on him, and very isolated in the garage

Great pics, thank you.

Plenty of nice details on the car. If anything, it looks like the team spent a good amount of time working on the surfaces of every component. It's a good omen, I think. Just that. Nothing more. Let's see how she runs.

Laps, please.

All will be forgiven if the car is fast!

If we will rack some smooth runs without any issues till the end of the day I'll be very happy.

No aero takes on the car today.

Just simple check working.

1 lap installation. Put

3 lap slow speed loss. Pit

So presumably an increase in speed on the next 3 lap stint

Williams has a couple of more laps under its belt, as it effectively has its shakedown. Robert Kubica is expected to be at the wheel of the car tomorrow.

easy does it. Going through the program.

I would love to know what the drivers are thinking during the first runs with a new car. how they get a feel for it and see what's good and what isn't. Vibrations, pitch, roll, grip, whatever. Must be fascinating. Same for the engineers poring over the telemetry.

For example, comparing what Button felt on the Brawn with what Alonso felt on one of the bad McLarens. Would make for great reading.

Anyways. Back to reality.

It would be interesting to hear how this thing compares to the FW41 from Robert. He better be as blunt as always tomorrow.

The Williams has returned to the track, with Russell still at the wheel.
