I think his comment about if everyone else standing still, William's reaching the midfield is about what we are expecting. However, knowing everyone else will likely find some time is why Williams will likely be towards the rear again. But if they could just mingle with he rest, there would be some clear improvement

Yea not what you want to hear but it makes sense.

If they can finally sort out the correlation issues then this would create
a big step in the right direction.

for far to many years now we have been told the correlation has been very good and
this has been lies.

I can't name any official statements by the team that correlation was an issue in 2018. Only that the basic design was flawed.

Yes the team is very careful about where it all went wrong. They don't even point the finger at Lowe for his role in the design.

But is any F1 team different to this, not really.

All that you find is the quite announcement of certain people leaving teams no doubt their failure to deliver playing a role.
