A question, since the gp never started, did this enabled the big guns to further develop their car so there is a risk that we will be further down on the table, or it was like in parc ferme were no development was permitted.

forced shut down of factories same as summer shutdown but longer some were making medical equipment

I don't believe there was 'no development permitted', but I'm sure most staff were furloughed and those that weren't were working from home, so probably limits as to what they could achieve.

I'm sure the bigger teams had more resources to work with, but equally the smaller teams have had time to catch up on any pre-season delays.

With only pre-season testing to go on and no racing in anger, not too much feedback to work on, so I'd say no one would have made too much progress since the aborted Melbourne race
