Several news sources have confirmed that all is quiet from Leafield this weekend, and that there is still no official news on whether Arrows will be competing in Belgium next weekend. The clincher might come when Cosworth demand their next payment on Wednesday. Several of the smaller news sites are carrying a simple one line quote from an un-named source within the team that reads, “We have nothing more to add to our statement last week.” This kind of indicates that the team’s future has still not been sealed.

There have been a number of comments on the AllAboutArrows message board, though, that indicate that the team has been sold (as of Friday) and that they will be going to Spa, but without Tom Walkinshaw as the team principal (all unconfirmed of course).

It has been widely discussed that if Arrows do not turn up at Spa then they are likely to be thrown out of the championship by the FIA.
