After the start problems at Malaysia, and Enrique's technical retirement from the race, it is a sure thing that the team will be critisised again for not doing any development testing in March. The team are not confirmed as attending next weeks test at Barcelona, but are intend to work 'off track'. One of this site's visitors recently made out some pretty clear and common sense reasons for the team not testing throughout March most notably that the team do not have a hybrid car with which to test. Of course, all of the race cars will be overseas at the monent and the teams funds will severely limit the number of chassis that can be built.

With the problems experienced this weekend the team will have to admit that there is some work to do. There have now been two opportunities where the team had a good mathematical chance of scoring points finishes if it weren't for start line problems and general reliability.

Almost as if in answer to any resultant development critisism, the team have confirmed that they have an intensive off-track development programme planned in the time leading up to the next race in Brazil. In the post Malaysian Grand Prix press release the team said, "The OrangeArrows team will conduct extensive off-track testing between now and the Brazilian Grand Prix."
