Rosberg again fastest at Barcelona Test

Barcelona Test 28:02:2007 Day Two
 

The second day of testing for the AT&T Williams team at the Circuit de Catalunya would see both Nico Rosberg and Alex Wurz continue the final test for the FW29 prior to the opening race in Australia.

WurzNico would again set the quickest time, 1m:21.231, to be ahead of team-mate Alex. Nico would spend the day focusing on mapping and set-up work. Alex spent the day doing long runs and completed a race distance.

AT&T Williams Test Team Manager Dickie Stanford commented: “Nico and Alex continued here in Barcelona today. The pair swapped roles, with Nico carrying out mapping and set-up tests, while Alex spent the day doing long runs and completed a race distance. Kazuki will join Alex tomorrow for our last day of preparation work prior to the first race in Australia.”
