It can be confirmed that as was the case in 2008 the Williams team will not be having a "proper" launch of the 2009 FW31, rather the FW31 will be rolled out for the first time on-track in one of the teams test sessions in January 2009.

The team will follow this with media launches in London. Also the new FW31 will be filmed and a series of pre-season interviews will be conducted by the team, to be released to the media.

The Williams team is reported to be revealing the FW31's 2009 livery on 27 February 2009, prior to the opening race in Melbourne.

We will probably have winter testing livery again this year. Last 2 were great, I wonder will they continue with ''vintage'' livery again...
