was able to return to the track. Kazuki would improve to be ninth just
behind Nico in eighth. Both drivers would drop one spot as Kubica moved into
fifth with a 1m:22.870. Glock was now third, 1m:22.778, followed by Button.

seventh. Nico was putting in some consistent times running on the softer
tyres. Nico was putting in some longer runs having completed forty laps.
Nico would pit with six minutes left in the session with Nico and Kazuki in
second and fourth. Both Nico and Kazuki would return to the track as
Hamilton went fastest in sector one. But Hamilton would make a mistake late
in the lap seeing him not improve. With just Webber and Sutil in the pits everyone was
out as Hamilton on his next lap went fastest with a 1m:22.079. Nico was now
third with a 1m:22.154 and Kazuki fifth, 1m:22.426. The session would come

slowest.
Both Williams drivers would put in a total of eighty seven laps as they came to grips with
the track and the two types of tyres. Kazuki's last lap could have been
better had it not been for him making a mistake in the middle sector. |
