| Ralf responds | |
| With the recent comments by
BMW WilliamsF1 team-mate Juan Pablo Montoya regarding Ralf Schumacher's
on-track behaviour towards him, making news Ralf has responded to these
claims by dismissing the idea that his approach to racing changes when it
comes to Juan Pablo. In a recent interview for the Motorsport publication Juan Pablo said: "Sometimes you see harder racing from Ralf with me than with anybody else. You don't see Ralf changing lines to block Michael down the straight, do you? The only guy he changes his racing against to be harder with is me, and that shouldn't be.” Ralf responded by saying that there is not any favouritism when it comes to racing as he races everyone equally no matter who they are. In an interview for Reuters Ralf said: "I am a bit surprised actually about what he's on about. I mean, he's usually the tough guy, or pretends to be, so it's very surprising for me. If I am trying to gain a position, whether it is with my team-mate or whoever, I don't care." |
