Who is Marko Asmer?

With the BMW WilliamsF1 team preparing to conduct a test session at the Circuit de Catalunya in Spain, one name that has been mentioned in regard to driving duties is Marko Asmer.

You may ask who is this driver and why is he carrying out testing duties for the BMW WilliamsF1 team. Well Marko is Estonian, nineteen years old and has been competing in the British Formula Ford championship with Team JLR, in what is his first year driving single-seaters, before switching to Formula Renault V6 with the SRTS team.

Asmer had already tested for WilliamsF1 at the Vairano circuit earlier this year, but he had only carried out straight-line speed tests. But now he will get an opportunity to test a FW25 with the team in a full test session.
