| Montoya blames Ralf | |
| The 2004
Australian Grand Prix was not a race that the BMW WilliamsF1 team had the
greatest of success in, despite scoring nine points in the constructors
championship. Both drivers were not able to match the pace of the Ferrari's of Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello. Now to add further pressure on the team Juan Pablo Montoya has come out saying that team-mate Ralf Schumacher was at fault in their coming together on lap two of the race. On the way to recovering from his off-track moment at the first corner Juan Pablo would make his way back through the cars in front. One of those cars just so happened to be that of Ralf Schumacher. In his pass of Ralf the two cars would touch, thankfully without any further damage, but for Juan Pablo this incident was not something that he was very impressed with. "I overtook five cars today
and Ralf was the only one I hit," said Montoya. |
