| Gene or Pizzonia for
Germany |
| |
| It is
expected that either Marc Gene or Antonio Pizzonia will be announced as the
replacement for injured Ralf Schumacher for the German Grand Prix, a
WilliamsF1 spokesperson said to the AtlasF1 web site.
They
said: "It
is 95% certain that the obvious drivers will be testing this week. By the
obvious I mean Marc and Antonio. The next
logical question is race nominations; I think the team will wait until next
week before nominating for Hockenheim.
"All sorts of names have been linked, and whilst we never say 'never', I
think you'll find that Marc or Antonio will drive in Germany."
With the performances of Marc Gene at the French and British Grand Prix been
less than what the team had hoped for there is every likelihood that they
may want to give Pizzonia a run. |
