Webber returns to testing with WilliamsF1

Vallelunga Test 17:05:2006 Day Two

The WilliamsF1 team would continue their test at the Vallelunga “Junior” Circuit, on a clear day. Mark Webber would join team test driver Alex Wurz with both drivers conducting tyre test in preparation for the next round of the championship at Monaco.

WilliamsF1 Test Team Manager Mike Condliffe commented on the days testing. He said: “Alex completed some tyre warm up tests and set-up changes this morning, while Mark concentrated on set-up work. The rest of the day was spent working through a tyre test to select the compounds for the Monaco race. Conditions today were ideal, dry with very little wind. Narain will be back in the car tomorrow to partner Mark.”
