British superstar Lewis Hamilton has given caution to his many fans, suggesting that he won’t get another podium in Sepang, despite showing the world yet again, that he is a fast driver in testing.

Hamilton set the fastest time in Sepang in testing last week on the third day, ever heightening the chances of him scoring his second podium on his second grand prix.

"It was a dream start for me in Australia, but I am realistic, I know that motorsport is unpredictable and things don't always go so well," said Hamilton. "We have all been working to reduce the gap to Ferrari and I will do my best with Fernando and the team towards achieving this in Malaysia."

"The four days of testing were really useful on two counts," Hamilton said. "We had a number of developments to the car that we ran and will now bring to the race, and I was able to learn the track prior to the event. From what I had seen of the track before arriving last week, I thought it looked like a great circuit and I was not disappointed."

"The layout means you can build up a great rhythm, with all the corners running into each other. It is also really wide, which I imagine will lead to exciting racing."

With rain forecast for the grand prix, and with Lewis setting the best time in the rain, on day three of the Sepang test, McLaren are looking good, but we still don’t know how fast the other McLaren of Fernando Alonso will be against the young brit.
