Certina, Swiss watch makers, have signed a deal to sponsor Sauber for the 2005 season. The deal ensures that Sauber have a main sponsor for the season. This comes after Sauber's partnership with long-term sponsors, Red Bull ended after Dietrich Mateschitz bought the Jaguar F1 team.
