A member of the greater Red Bull racing program has spoken up about the "vacant" seat at Scuderia Toro Rosso. Former F1 driver Helmut Marko, who was Gerhard Berger's manager and is currently in charge of Red Bull's driver program, insists that the seat will go to Scott Speed.
When asked in a recent interview for the website motorsport-total.com wether the team was in negotiations with anyone other than the young American, Marko had a blunt, one word answer :"No".
He added: "They are contractual issues and I would say that they will be solved in the next days."
