Scuderia Toro Rosso is still celebrating their double-points finish in last week's Chinese Grand Prix but has not forgotten the penalty that cost Vitantonio Liuzzi his first point of the season at the Japanese Grand Prix. The Italian allegedly passed Adrian Sutil's Spyker under yellow on his way to an 8th place finish. The 25 second penalty imposed on Liuzzi handed the position to Sutil. The FIA convened in Paris today to hear Toro Rosso's appeal, claiming that Luizzi's pass was legitimate and under green flag conditions.  The verdict of this appeal is expected to be announced Saturday afternoon.
