Firman Fastest at Silverstone

Ralph Firman set the fastest time at today's Silverstone test session. The man from Norfolk set a time of 42.372s on the International Circuit usually reserved for the Touring Car championships.
Fisichella set the 6th fastest time of the day, completing only 22 laps with a best of 43.951s. Todays result shows that Jordan's optimism for 2003 is well founded, despite having to use the shorter National Circuit at Silverstone (There are new strips of run off tarmac going down on the Grand Prix Circuit).
It's not known if the team are to test again tomorrow.
