Finally some good news from the Jordan camp.

Finally some good news. More reports are filtering out of the paddock about the team and the intentions for 2006. It would appear that Jordan/Midland are on the verge of announcing a customer engine deal for Toyota V8's next year.

Despite nothing but bad news from the Silverstone squad for the past few months, Colin Kolles told reporters in Montreal that staff movement out of the team had all but stopped and that they were now looking to rebuild by taking in new young talent to ready themselves for the 2006 re-launch of the team as Midland F1.

John Howett, president of Toyota said that it is their "Intention" to supply Jordan with a V8.  Nothing has yet been confirmed by the team and it appears that the paperwork has yet to be signed but with the comments made today perhaps things are beginning to brighten up for the team.
