Heinz-Harald Frentzen seems determined to continue his legal pursuit of Jordan after the shock sacking of the German from the team last year. This is despite the uncertain financial climate within the sport, and the now public problems at the Silverstone based team. Heinz-Harald, who is turning the fortunes of the OrangeArrows team around in the development of the A23, was sacked from Jordan for "performance reasons" just before the German Grand Prix last year. He immediately start a legal case against the team claiming payment of lost wages. The Jordan team have been in the news recently for all the wrong reasons, most recently due to the reduction of the team's workforce by 15% in order to cope with the tough economic conditions in the sport.

Despite this Frentzen has shown little mercy to his former employer, and in a recent quote said, "I think if Eddie Jordan keeps sacking people, I think he has to consider one day working himself !" No love lost there then !
