Several driver names are still 'TBA' on the FIA list. This is believed to be because teams have yet to allocate numbers to each driver. The only remaining vacancies are at Lotus, which is yet to confirm that Romain Grosjean will stay, Force India, Caterham and Marussia.

Ricciardo and Vergne were confirmed to return for STR about a month ago now.

I guess STR and Sauber have yet to assign numbers.
I see Mercedes staying true to form- the guy with the least points getting the odd number. Lucky Rosberg!
