Brazilian GP: FP2 sees more of the same for Williams Martini

The second Friday practice session for the 2018 Brazilian GP would see the Williams Martini team produce results that were in line with thei8r current level of performance. Sergey Sirotkin and Lance Stroll would finish in 16th and 18th after a session that would see the pair complete supersoft tyre runs followed by longer runs on both the supersoft, soft and medium tyres.

Team Summary:
The second Friday practice session for the Williams Martini team would see
Sergey using the soft tyres for his first run and prior to a red flag period
and was 13th. Lance was on the same tyre and would be eighth. But as the
session progressed they would drop to 14th and 16th with Sergey now ahead of
Lance having complete short runs on the supersoft tyre. With the end of the
session they would drop to 16th and 18th with Sergey maintaining his
position ahead of Lance. The later part of the session would see Lance
running on the medium tyre while Sergey was running on the soft as the team
assessed the two tyre types. But they had also done quite long runs on the
supersoft tyre after having completed their flying laps. The final positions
in the session was in line with their recent performance.
