Ralf SchumacherFor the team the day would start of with everyone looking at snow and cold weather, which put a delay on the start of the days proceedings. The team would have two FW25's for Ralf and Juan Pablo, with Marc using the older FW24.

For Ralf and Juan Pablo there day would focus on the continued development of the new FW25, while Marc would look be involved in tyre testing. At the end of the day Ralf would complete fifty six laps setting a best lap time of 1m:17.722 making him the fastest WilliamsF1 driver in fourth. Marc would finish just behind Ralf with his fastest lap been a 1m:17.758. For Juan Pablo his fastest time was a 1m:18.376.

WilliamsF1 Test Team Manger commented on the days test by saying: “We started another intense session with all three drivers and three cars, however this morning we had a slow and frosty start. After the installation lap when the temperature was still zero, we waited while the overnight snow thawed out from the track and gravel traps. We were able to begin again once the track had warmed and dried out.

Juan Pablo and Ralf were both driving in the FW25’s and made progress in the on-going assessment of the new package. Marc was conducting a tyre test with Michelin driving an FW24. Tomorrow it also forecasted for minus conditions and more snow, so we hope that our testing session is not held up too much by the weather.”
