| FIA confident of its position | |
| With the
release of a letter signed by both WilliamsF1 and McLaren team principals,
outlining their intention to take the FIA to arbitration over the recent
rule changes the FIA has responded by pointing forward the view that they
are confident that its position will be upheld. A spokesperson for the FIA was quoted as saying: "Any Formula 1 team is entitled to seek arbitration under the terms of the Concorde Agreement. The FIA is confident that its position will be upheld." |
