The Atlassian Williams F1 Team would complete their penultimate day of preseason testing at the Bahrain International Circuit. Alex Albon would be behind the wheel for the complete day and would have another productive day as the team worked through their test programme, including hign and low fuel running. Alex would complete 117 laps across both sessions. He would improve on his overall quickest time setting a 1m:34.555 but at the same time his rivals were also making progress seeing only 11th overall on the day. Paul Williams, Chief Trackside Engineer::
"It was another solid day of testing for the team, with Alex completing a total of 117 laps after a full day in the car. For the morning session, we continued to build on the setup foundations from the previous day with a combination of high fuel and low fuel running.

Over the lunch break we opted to make some bigger changes to the car, before Alex completed runs testing the full tyre compound range, allowing us to gather useful data ahead of the opening races.

Carlos will conclude the test programme tomorrow with a full day of running, as we continue to extract performance from the FW48 in preparation for Melbourne."
